Terms of sale

1. Your order

You order from Atelier Awa. Prices include all taxes, in XOF. The order is final once the cart is confirmed.

Two options: cash on delivery or bank transfer. A transfer not received within the stated period cancels the order.

Fees depend on the zone or city. Free pickup in store during opening hours.

Items are offered while stocks last. An item that becomes unavailable after your order is notified by email and refunded if paid.

You have 14 days after delivery to return an item (see the Returns page). Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

Atelier Awa is responsible for the conformity of the items sold. The Comptwar platform hosts the storefront and is not a party to the sale.

Law of the seller's country (Bénin). Disputes are first settled amicably by email at boutique@atelier-awa.demo.comptwar.test.
